MEET GABRIELLA, an Emmy & James Beard Award-nominated journalist, Supervising producer, and professor.

With over a decade of experience in video production, reporting, and creative development, Gabriella is a freelance producer and storyteller who has created branded, editorial, and documentary work around the world for publications including The New York Times, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Bon Appétit, Eater, Epicurious, Pitchfork, GQ, VICE, Architectural Digest, Wired, CNN, Teen Vogue, BuzzFeed, Allure, Glamour, NYLON, HuffPost, and Complex Magazine. She has led creative strategy and managed the rollout of YouTube channels, cookbooks, branded cookware, events, and app launches. Gabriella also serves as the Creative Director of PLAY, which highlights and explores the relationship between food and queerness.

She earned her B.A. from The New School, where she is currently an adjunct professor in the Journalism department, teaching a course she designed about food and documentary video. She has spoken at Princeton, NYU, The New School, and Hofstra University.

Gabriella splits her time working between New York and California. When she’s not making videos, you can find her developing recipes, baking more than she can eat, DJing around Brooklyn, and spending quality time with her snake (Snacks) and cat (Pepper).
